Weekly Lunches — Week of 9/22/2014

Here’s what I plan to pack in my lunches this week:

  • Monday — out to lunch
  • Tuesday — Jampong (Korean spicy noodle soup with seaweed, wood ears, and roasted tofu)
  • Wednesday — veggie crudites (sweet red pepper, celery) with white bean spread; apple; almonds
  • Thursday — green salad with tri-colored lentils, cucumbers, grated carrots, and “woodstock” dressing
  • Friday — brown rice bowl with seaweed, kim chee, and a fried egg
