And the Bases are Loaded…Salmon & Corn Chowder

We have really covered the soup bases this week!  First up was the vegetable soup over the weekend; then, it was all celery, all the time.  Tonight, I made a salmon & corn chowder, complete with a little creole seasoning kick to get everyone’s attention. And truth be told, our tour of soups isn’t quite over yet….stay tuned for tomorrow’s post!
